Janelle Affiong Effiwatt is from Tucson, Arizona. She holds an MFA from the Iowa Writers’  Workshop where she wrote Like a Thin Hustle (Letter Machine Editions 2019).

Jenny George is the author of The Dream of Reason (Copper Canyon Press, 2018). She is also a winner of the “Discovery”/Boston Review Poetry Prize and a recipient of fellowships from the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference, Lannan Foundation, the MacDowell Colony, and Yaddo. Her poems have appeared in The New York Times, Ploughshares, Narrative, Granta, Iowa Review, FIELD, Los Angeles Review of Books, and elsewhere. Jenny lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where she works in social justice philanthropy.

Sandra Lim is the author of the poetry collections Loveliest Grotesque (Kore Press, 2006) and The Wilderness (W.W. Norton, 2014), which won the 2013 Barnard Women Poets Prize. Her work has appeared in The New Republic, The Baffler, jubilat, Poetry, The New York Times, The Yale Review, and elsewhere. Her honors include a Literature Award from the American Academy of Arts and Letters, the Levis Reading Prize, and grants from MacDowell, The Vermont Studio Center, and The Getty Foundation. Her poems and essays have been collected in anthologies including The Echoing Green: Poems of Fields, Meadows, and Grasses (Knopf, 2016) and Among Margins: An Anthology on Aesthetics (Ricochet, 2016). She is an Associate Professor at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and lives in Cambridge, MA.

Bennet Bergman is the founding editor of Changes. His poems have appeared in The Threepenny Review, Gulf Coast, and Electric Literature. He lives in New York City.
